Introduction Clipcentric, Inc. ("Clipcentric", "We", "Us") provides marketing solutions that enable our customers to create and distribute a variety of digital advertisements ("Clipcentric Ads"). Clipcentric Ads are trafficked across a variety of websites and applications that are owned or operated by third parties ("Publishers"). Advertisers, Publishers, or other third parties who enter into a licensing agreement with Us ("Customers") may use this website (the "Site") as a point of entry to Customer-only software products and services ("Services"). We take the privacy concerns of visitors to this Site ("Site Visitors") and the viewers of advertisements created and served by our technology ("Ad Viewers") seriously. This privacy policy governs Clipcentric's online information collection and use practices through http://clipcentric.com and the Services associated with the site. Other Tracking Technologies on our Website Our third party analytics partner may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.
